Food Safety Alerts  : www.safetyalerts.com has a section for Food Allergy where they list foods that have wheat/gluten contamination in them.  It shows foods that companies found wheat/gluten in the their products and it was not listed in the ingredients.  They also have lists for soy, dairy and other food allergens.  From The Houston Celiac-Sprue Support Group Newsletter
